- Everyone should prepare 32 bars of an upbeat Broadway song (preferably comedic) of their choice to sing. EVERYONE should also be ready to sing the first verse of "Always Look On The Bright Side of Life" from "Spamalot". (Message us for the music if you need it!)

- If you are interested in a specific role, we recommend preparing the first 32 bars the following audition songs from the show:

Lady of the Lake - "Diva's Lament (Whatever Happened To My Part)” and "The Song That Goes Like This"

King Arthur -"I'm All Alone"

Sir Robin - "You Won't Succeed on Broadway"

Sir Galahad - "The Song That Goes Like This"

Herbert/Not Dead Fred - "I Am Not Yet Dead"

- All should be prepared to read sides from the show.

Continuing our summer outdoor theatre series, Rogue Elephant Productions will be producing Godspell 2012 at Clary Gardens in 2022. Originally written in 1973 by John-Michael Tebelak and Stephen Schwartz, Godspell is a retelling of the Gospel of Matthew set in the modern day, focusing heavily on the parables and teachings of Jesus as he bands together a community of followers. In 2012 Stephen Schwartz heavily revised the music and script for twenty-first century audiences, and it is this version we will bring to the amphitheater at Clary Gardens.

Performances are scheduled for July 1-2 at 7 PM and July 3 at 2 PM, and again July 7-9 at 7 PM. As with our previous summer shows, general (free) seating tickets will be available as well as premium (front row) seats. As well, four “VIP” seats will be sold for each show - patrons who purchase these seats will be guaranteed an opportunity to be part of the performance!

All Together Now!, a global fundraising event for Rogue Elephant Productions, made possible by generous support of MTI, will bring many musical theater favorites from beloved shows such as Les Misérables, Matilda, Guys & Dolls, Rent & more. Performed by local artists and members of REP's inaugural 1st season’s cast, the event is sure to please.

Our next performance event is coming the weekend of November 12, 2021, at the Clary Gardens pavilion. We will be performing MTI’s new music revue, “All Together Now,” a celebration of local theater featuring songs from some of MTI’s best known and most popular shows.

Auditions for our production of “All Together Now” will be held September 7 and 8, 7 PM, at Clary Gardens in the red house. To audition, you will need to prepare 32 bars of an upbeat Broadway song (your choice of song), plus 32 bars of the song “Seasons of Love” from the musical “Rent,” as this song will be performed in our shows by all our performers. Bring sheet music for your song choice with you for our accompanist to play.

All performers from age 9 and up are encouraged to come audition! Our song list includes songs that will feature our area’s young talent.

Rogue Elephant Productions, in conjunction with Clary Gardens, will be presenting its first Youth Production, “I Wish.” This short and whimsical comedy by Mike Steele tells the tale of Cinderella’s fairy god-mother as she tries to bake a simple batch of brownies while one silly stranger after another shows up to have their wishes granted. Making a wish come true should be easy with magic on her side, but an accidental encounter with a fire-breathing dragon renders her wand useless. To top it off, a bunch of mischievous mice are on the loose.

“I Wish” will run concurrently with “Into The Woods” on August 12, 13, and 14, with shows beginning at 5:00 PM. Click here to see who’s-who in the cast!

Into The Woods

Rogue Elephant Productions, in conjunction with Clary Gardens, is proud to present its first theatrical production, “Into The Woods.” With music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim and book by James Lapine, this musical presents an unusual take on the tales of Cinderella, Little Red Riding Hood, Jack and the Beanstalk, and Rapunzel through the story of a baker and his wife searching for the cure to a curse on their lives preventing them from having a child.
